  Returned package containing both my Saxapahaw P O Box and street address as undeliverable to sender!! Saxapahaw post office receives deliveries from them every week per our postmistress. Totally unacceptable job performance... Customers should ALWAYS come first!!! Need to review their staff job performance... This isn't the first time this has happened!!

  This post office has got to hire the dumbest people for their new carriers. How hard is it to stop by a mailbox that has a RED FLAG UP take out the OUTGOING MAIL & then put in the mail they have to be delivered. We REPEATEDLY have a problem with OUTGOING mail being LEFT IN THE BOX when they deliver mail!!! The last time this happened (3 days in a row!) we asked our then 4 year old grandson what you do when the RED FLAG IS UP ON the MAILBOX & HE KNEW!!! When that happened I finally called the post office & they told me it was a NEW SUB...so what..this is NOT a HARD CONCEPT to figure out...we're NOT talking about ROCKET SCIENCE!!! The last time it happened I didn't bother calling, but it WAS MAIL THAT REALLY NEEDED TO GO OUT THAT DAY...you see we have a BUSINESS HERE...payments & BILLING needs to go out & be delivered in a timely fashion. Today's OUTGOING was being sent to South Carolina & really needed to go today; so I called & the clerk AGAIN told me it was a "FAIRLY NEW" person...leads me to wonder if they just ALWAYS use that excuse...funny it's always a "NEW PERSON"!!! The female clerk asked for the address & was to give it to the SUPER when he/she got back & they were to call me 'cause I asked that it be picked up today (if at all possible!) 'cause this is OUTGOING BUSINESS MAIL~~~. Well...NO CALL (of course) & THE MAIL IS STILL IN THE BOX...mind you THIS IS SATURDAY SO NOW IT WON'T GET PICKED UP UNTIL MONDAY AND they are NOT ANSWERING THEIR PHONE NOW!!! Like they really care about servicing their clients/"GQ public" AND care about thier job/s. NOT!!!!!!!

  First time going into this post office to get Certified Mail Receipts for my work and I thought this man behind to counter was going to go crazy. He told me to put them back and he would give me some so I got in line. Of course I got him and he said well... I can't give you as much as you want ! RUDE as can be!!! Sir I hope and pray you are not always that rude with customers.
