  The system is really slow there a lot people waiting if you need to go during your job time you need at least half day and the receptionist appearently don't like what she does. Also from october dmv from graham nc still don't send me my regular ID I am legal resident in US and i passed all my test and pay my taxes no criminal issues nothing and they are send me 20 day driving licence paper because is a piece of paper i called hundreds of time to ask what is the reason because now i did not received nothing by the way this paper or driver licence juat is for driving purposes so i need to get a separate ID the line in any lenguage are not friendly and they are a public service wich recived them paycheck from my taxes i am completely unsatisfied. They rarely pick up the phone or any machine qith different menu transfer to talk with any representative they give you another number and the recording machine say will be not repeat it ia crazy we are in the first world.

  This is the worst place ever. Me and my daughter got there about 8:15 a.m. and the lobby was already full. So we got out ticket to wait. So as where waiting it seems like no one is leaving just more and more people coming in. So I was listening in on a woman who had to be some where by 9 am and she was one of the first few to get there and the lady at the desk said it would be about 10:30 before she was seen I was like whoa! So I waited another 5 mins and the asked the lady when she think we might be seen she said some time before lunch. I assuming that might be like 12 pm and a young lady said the take lunch at 1 pm. I was like ok can I make an appointment. The woman at the desk said it would be Aug 10th before they could see her. I sad o no me telling my teenage daughter she would have to wait almost 3 weeks before she get her permit. It's not going to happen so we left and went to Hillsboro

  Refused to Issue me a license with no proper explanation, had all the paperwork required in hand. Proof of insurance, proof of ID, proof of reaidence, everything in hand! Lady that helped me was nice but something was up with their system so she reached out to April, she told me I had to wait a couple more weeks to get my license, I asked for a statement explaining that since i would be driving "ilegally" from that point on, I got turned down and away. April needs to get evaluated.

  Going to the DMV is never a pleasant experience, but they helped me get the documents I needed for a Real ID and the line wasn't that bad.

  Slowest Non professional folks ever.. Y I come to an apt an then have to wait thirty minutes past my aptmet time.. Gheeesh an then some stay members are very disrespectful.. I understand tht it's alot of ppl but dnt take it out on the citizens.. We pay jus lik u do!!
